Assessment Materials

To print materials: Once the documents are open, they can be printed by first clicking on the page, then choosing "File" from the menu bar and selecting "Print".

Pre-Post Tests

The Pre-Post Tests for Life Has a History assess the student's knowledge and comprehension of material both before and after using the module. These tests assess what students have learned from the material presented. Use the links below to view tests and keys at the appropriate level.

Focus Questions

Focus questions can be printed out and used in a variety of ways:

• to keep students on task as they proceed through the tour;
• to give written feedback on what they've learned;
• to stimulate class discussions.

For Level Two (Grades 5-8), the questions are titled "Scavenger Hunt", as this is often a more engaging tactic at that grade level. At Level Three, they are simply titled "Focus Questions." Use the links below to access tests and keys at the appropriate level.

Summary Questions
